All candidates invited for an interview must attend the interview in person. The on-site interview process is designed to assess the applicant's knowledge of the profession, maturity, communication and ability to perform in a positive, professional manner when working with others. In addition to an individual interview, the candidate will write an essay on an assigned topic. In order to further assess interpersonal communication skills, candidates will be observed in a problem-solving group activity. To be considered for admission, applicants must participate in the on-site interview process.
