The College of Pharmacy and College of Business at Idaho State University offer a joint PharmD/MBA program for students interested in earning both degrees. Students complete the traditional PharmD and MBA degree programs with some courses from each program counting towards degree requirements of the other program. Plans of study will differ from student to student; however, it is possible for students to complete the MBA degree by the time they complete their PharmD degree.

The Pocatello, Idaho site is on the ISU main campus, located in southeast Idaho. It is centrally located between Salt Lake City, Utah, and the popular vacation destinations of Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park and Jackson, Wyoming. Southeast Idaho is often thought of as an outdoor lover's paradise.

The Meridian, Idaho site is on our Meridian Health Science campus, next to Boise, Idaho. Boise is one of the fastest growing cities in the West with a robust job market. In addition to the pre-pharmacy prerequisites, Idaho State University requires students who do not possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited US institution to complete a set of General Education Objectives. We encourage completion of an Associate of Arts or Science or BS degree prior to matriculation. Beginning the PharmD at ISU without a previous degree may result in the need to complete deficient ISU General Education requirements during PharmD studies.
