Program Description The Chapman University School of Pharmacy (CUSP) offers an accelerated Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Program that can be completed in less than 3 years (33-months). The year-round program consists of eight trimesters with breaks between each term.

Ideally situated in Irvine, CUSP is located at the Rinker Health & Sciences Campus in the heart of Orange County, California. The campus features high-tech classrooms and research labs that allow our highly accomplished faculty to implement a flipped classroom and team-based teaching model while providing world-class discovery experiences for every student. CUSP offers a highly effective personalized educational experience that instills deep scientific foundations of therapeutics and prepares students for flawless care emphasizing patient safety.

Our diverse student body and faculty combined with our small class sizes make it possible for students to meaningfully connect with the entire CUSP community. Our student-centered culture has established a familial environment where students feel valued and supported. Administration, faculty, and staff care deeply about our students and their success, both during the program and after they graduate.

Briefly describe your institution's interview process: Interview day typically occurs on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 pm. There will be a small number of interviews that are held on different days of the week to better accommodate candidate schedules. Interview days start with an information session, a short welcome from school leadership, and a tour of the Rinker Health Sciences Campus. After the tour, applicants will participate in individual interviews with faculty and a group session that will focus on communication and team-based skills. The day will conclude with a closing presentation.
