Program Description:
Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) provides a unique academic environment to guide and support students toward successful, sustainable careers in health care. For students who aspire to become practicing pharmacists and have completed their pre-professional coursework at a regionally accredited college or university, this is a fall start, year-round, full-time, 34-month program (2 years of classroom instruction, 10 months of advanced rotations). Sophisticated technology and interactive videoconferencing are utilized to deliver the core courses and some electives between the Worcester, MA and Manchester, NH. Our School of Pharmacy in Worcester/Manchester is one of only a handful of institutions in the country that offers an Accelerated PharmD program. MCPHS offers a Postgraduate Training Certificate of Achievement which is a focused area of study that is available for students interested in pursuing residency or fellowship training after graduation.
