Program Description

The UNT System College of Pharmacy is a part of the University of North Texas Health Science Center. It is a graduate-level institution of the University of North Texas System, located on a 33-acre campus in the Cultural Arts District of Fort, Worth, Texas. The UNT Health Science Center consists of six colleges. The institution offers degrees in Medical Doctor MD Program, DO Osteopathic Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant studies and Biomedical Sciences. The Texas State Legislature approved The UNT System College of Pharmacy on September 1, 2011. Its' first class was seated in fall 2013 and graduated in May 2017. Full Accreditation Summer 2017.

Proficiency in English is required. An official TOEFL score report indicating a minimum of 650 paper-based/280 computer-based/114 internet-based is required. Submit scores to PharmCAS. *Other ELP assessments may be used, please contact the office admissions.

Students (excluding F-1/J-1 students) who have completed at least 60 semester credit hours at an accredited United States university or college will not be required to submit passing TOEFL scores.
