All prerequisites must be completed at an accredited institution with grades of C or better (C- are not allowed). A Prerequisite Waiver is available and requires course information/description/syllabus/documentation and will be required for each course submitted for review. This form is also available for calculus or science prerequisites over 10 years old.

If offered admission to CU Pharmacy, you must complete prerequisites by the end of the spring semester. A Summer Extension Waiver is available for a minimal amount of credits and requires prior approval by the Admissions Team.

The University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy will accept online prerequisite coursework.
