All prerequisites must be completed at an accredited institution with grades of C or better. C- are not allowed. A Prerequisite Waiver is available, requires course information/description/syllabus/documentation, and will be required for each course submitted for review. This form is also available for calculus or science prerequisites over 10 years old.

If you are offered admission to CU Pharmacy, you are responsible for completing prerequisites by the spring. A Summer Extension Waiver is available for a minimal amount of credits and requires prior approval.

Candidates are strongly encouraged to attend an onsite interview day (pending availability) that also includes an overview of the program by the Dean of Students, lunch, and tour with student ambassadors, and presentations from faculty and the Office of Experiential Programs.
