    Established in 1908, the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy has a long-standing tradition of excellence and innovation.     Students benefit from a unique, multi-campus experience. The first two years of the professional program are spent on the scenic Oxford campus, followed by the third year at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.     One of the program’s distinctive advantages is the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences after the second professional year.     The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy participates in the AACP Cooperative Admissions Guidelines (CAG), supporting a transparent and student-centered admissions process.

    Upon provisional acceptance, students are required to submit a $200 seat-holding deposit. To secure full admission, a second deposit of $300 is required. These deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the first semester’s fees upon matriculation.

    Incoming P1 students must complete additional health requirements—including a general physical, immunizations, Basic Life Support (BLS) training, and consent for randomized drug testing—during the summer before starting the program.
